    Remote site visit

    We record a live or pre-recorded walk-through of the specific plot, boundaries, and access road so you see exactly what you're buying.

  3. 03

    Reserve & verify

    Pay a refundable reservation fee and we share the title search results and sale agreement for your review, digitally signed.

  4. 04

    Secure payment

    Pay via bank transfer or mobile money into our escrow-audited account. Every payment gets an official receipt.

  5. 05

    Title deed delivery

    Once fully paid, we process your title deed and courier it to a nominee in Kenya or hold it securely until you visit.
