Referral Program

Know someone looking for land? Get paid to say so.

Earn a cash bonus every time someone you refer completes a plot purchase with Valleyland.

How it works

01
Share your details
Tell your friend or family member about a Valleyland project and have them mention your name when they enquire.
02
We track the referral
Our sales team logs your name against their file the moment they make first contact.
03
They complete a purchase
Once your referral pays their deposit and signs a sale agreement, your bonus is confirmed.
04
You get paid
Your referral bonus is paid out in cash or as a deduction on your own plot, whichever you prefer, once their transfer is complete.
